Ceramic Desk Set, Basalt
$38.00
For those who prefer an ordered desk (and, really, who doesn’t?), this set is ideal for holding all the bits and bobs that seem to accumulate.
The ceramic pencil holder and catch-all, made in a small ceramics studio in Rotterdam, are reminiscent of the work of Keith Murray, an influential Art Deco-era architect and designer who worked with Wedgwood. Shown here in Basalt Black (glazed interior, unglazed matte exterior). Also available in Milk White. Sold singly or as a set.
Pencil Cup - 7 cm x 9 cm
Catchall - 8 cm x 6 cm

Notecards are only available to certain products; anything shipped from our rubber stamp warehouse is not eligible for a handwritten notecard, but if you enter a message in the box at checkout it will be printed on the packing slip.
These carefully chosen and crafted pieces represent a considered mix of the esoteric and the highly pragmatic. Many of these simple things reflect the hand of the artisan or the quiet genius of the inventor. They are useful in ways that are difficult to quantify but, if pressed, we would say they make life a little more efficient and a lot more beautiful.
