Lead Times:

- Rubber stamps: 4-7 business days from artwork approval.
- Other items: 2-3 business days from the time your order is placed.

Orders placed after 12:00 PM EST are processed the next business day due to our warehouse and shipper schedules. Please keep this in mind when choosing expedited shipping.

DAMAGED OR MISSING ITEMS AND LOST PACKAGES

Please report any damage or missing items within 48 hours of delivery by emailing us. Be sure to include photos of the outer carton, inner packaging materials, and the damaged item. For fragile pieces (like ceramics from Morgan Peck, Yuta Segawa, and Grandmont Street), we can only offer a replacement if you selected Shipping Protection at checkout.

If you declined Shipping Protection and a package is marked as delivered, Wms & Co. is unable to send replacements or further track the shipment. Claims for damaged items or undelivered packages must be made within 48 hours of the delivery date.

If Shipping Protection wasn’t chosen at checkout (as indicated on your receipt), you’ll need to file a claim with the carrier directly. While we guarantee correct shipment, we can’t be responsible for packages once they’re with the carrier or after they’ve been delivered.

Our products ship from two different warehouses, so items may arrive in separate boxes via UPS and/or USPS (carrier is at our discretion). If you prefer a specific carrier, please note this in the checkout box during payment, as we’re unable to change the shipping method afterward. Double-check your billing and shipping information when placing your order, as we cannot reroute packages once processing begins.

Delivery time is calculated from when your order is processed, not when it’s placed. Typically, in-stock items process within 1-2 business days. Rubber stamps and custom items may take an additional 3-5 days from the time your proof is approved. If you need expedited processing, contact us at info@wmscoink.com. Orders placed after 1:00 PM EST on Fridays will begin processing on Monday. Transit times do not include weekends or holidays.

Please note that if you choose an expedited shipping method, delays beyond our control can still occur, and we cannot guarantee delivery by a specific date. We are unable to refund expedited shipping fees if the package was sent via the selected method within 2 business days of order placement (custom and pre-order items excluded).

If your order includes both in-stock and pre-order items and Free Shipping is selected, we will ship everything together when the pre-order items are available. If you prefer to receive in-stock items immediately and pre-order items later, select the Paid Shipping option and leave a note in the Customer Notes box at checkout.

Prices on our website do not include taxes. Sales tax is only applied to orders shipping to Maryland, New York, and Virginia.

Free Shipping applies to orders delivered within the contiguous U.S., with the carrier chosen at our discretion.

Wms & Co. ships worldwide. Please note that all international orders are Final Sale and non-returnable.

Import duties and customs policies vary from country to country. We have no control over these fees, nor can we estimate their cost. Customs delays may also occur, and additional charges may apply, all of which must be paid by the recipient. If the recipient refuses delivery due to duty fees, we will not issue a refund.
