Lead Times:

- Rubber stamps: 4-7 days after approval of artwork
- Other items: 2-3 days from order placement
- Dropship: lead time specified on product page

We offer shipping protection (insurance) for all our products, which offers easy and fast replacement for lost, damaged, mis-delivered or stolen packages. If a customer declines Shipping Protection we will not send a replacement product or further track down the package. Wms&Co. offer Shipping Protection as a service, 100% of the funds collected at checkout go to the insurer. Claims for damaged merchandise or packages marked "delivered" yet not received must be made no longer than 5 days after “delivery date”. 

DAMAGED OR MISSING ITEMS AND LOST PACKAGES

Damages or missing items must be reported via email within 48 hours of delivery. Please send photos of the outer carton, a photo showing the inner packaging materials, as well as several images of the damaged item. For fragile items (anything ceramic, including Morgan Peck, Yuta Segawa, and Grandmont Street) a replacement will ONLY be offered if you have chosen Shipping Protection insurance at checkout.

If you have not chosen Shipping Protection at checkout (it will be listed on your receipt), then you will need to file a claim with the carrier. We take responsibility for shipping your order correctly, but not for its time with the carrier or after delivery to your address.

Our goods ship from two different warehouses; items may be sent separately in multiple boxes via UPS and/or USPS (carrier is at our discretion). If you need a certain carrier for delivery please indicate that in the checkout notes box during payment; we are unable to change shipping method afterwards. Make sure to double-check your billing and shipping address when placing an order. Wms&Co. is unable to reroute packages; once your order has begun processing we cannot update the shipping address. 

Delivery time is calculated from when your order has been processed, not when it is received. Order processing is generally 1-2 business days for in-stock items; all rubber stamps and custom items may take an additional 3-5 days from approved proof. To arrange for expedited processing, please contact info@wmscoink.com. Orders placed on Friday after 1:00 PM EST will begin processing the following Monday. Transit times do not include Saturday, Sunday or holidays. 

If an expedited shipping method is selected, delays can still occur that are out of our control and we are not able to guarantee that your package will arrive by a certain date. Please take this into consideration when placing an expedited order. We cannot refund expedited shipping charges if the order was shipped with the selected shipping method within 2 business days of order placement (does not apply to custom or pre-order items). 

If an order contains in-stock and pre-order products and Free Shipping is chosen all items will ship together when they are in stock. If you want us to split the shipping and ship in-stock items right away then pre-ordered items when they come in please choose the Paid shipping option and note to ship in-stock items in the Customer Notes box at checkout. 

Prices displayed on the website are exclusive of taxes. If you are shipping within the US, sales tax will only be charged on orders shipped within Maryland, New York and Virginia. 

The Free Shipping option is for orders that are delivered within the contiguous United States, carrier is at our discretion.

Wms & Co. ships worldwide, but items shipped internationally are Final Sale and non-returnable. 

Import duties and customs policies vary widely from country to country and as a result we have no control over their charges nor are we able to estimate the cost of these charges. Your parcel can be also delayed by customs and subsequent charges can be applied which, unfortunately, we have no control over. Duties are charged once the parcel arrives at its destination, all of which must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. If the recipient chooses to refuse delivery of a package due to duty costs we will not provide a refund. We are required by law to list directly on the package the full retail value of items ordered and contained therein. We cannot mark any package as a gift to avoid customs and duties fees.
