Onigiri Raw Aluminum Mechanical Pencil
Taking inspiration from Japanese Onigiri rice balls, Before Breakfast spent four years designing and refining their collection of writing instruments. The result is a soft triangular shape made from tactile raw aluminum. The pencil mechanism is a simple push button, and accommodates both .5mm and .07mm leads.
The pen’s rounded edges improve writing comfort and allow it to sit on the desktop without rolling. Designed with simplicity in mind, this push button style pen is ideal for those who are always on the move.
Comes with one black Schmidt .7mm lead, additional .5mm and .07mm refills are readily available.
Also available in Ballpoint Pen.

Before Breakfast is a London-based stationery company. The name of the brand is a homage to the quote found in Through the Looking Glass by Lewis Carroll, the sequel to Alice’s Adventures in Wonderland: “Why, sometimes I’ve believed as many as six impossible things before breakfast.” They state "The world that is your desk is made up of a number of objects you use, whether it is for work or for your studies. Stationery probably makes up the smallest objects in this world, but the possibilities you have with pen and paper are endless. "
