Taking inspiration from Japanese Onigiri rice balls, Before Breakfast spent four years designing and refining their collection of writing instruments. The result is a soft, chunky, triangular shape made from tactile raw aluminum. The finish is left unsealed so it will acquire character over time. Something to which we all aspire.

The pen's rounded edges improve writing comfort and allow it to sit on the desktop without rolling. This capped style pen is ideal for those who are always on the move. Made of raw aluminium to ensure its durability and low weight.

Also available in Black, Ballpoint and Mechanical Pencil.

From Before Breakfast, a London-based stationery company. The name of the brand is a homage to the quote found in Through the Looking Glass by Lewis Carroll: “Why, sometimes I’ve believed as many as six impossible things before breakfast.”
