The sculptural cylindrical forms and perfectly imperfect contours of the Héléna Marie Vases command attention - proving that empty vessels can indeed make the most compelling statements. Designed by Belgian artist Marie Michielssen. Each piece is unique and hand-molded based on her papier mache sculptures. Her work is combination of opposites – rational and intuitive, masculine and feminine, graphic and organic; interwoven with contradictions to form an eclectic whole.
