Twelve months is both a long time and a short time. Writing things down helps us figure out what we're doing and how we're feeling—to know what we think. This planner holds space for the ebbs and flows of any given year. You can start it now, or wait until January; it's up to you. Since the planner doesn't have dates written in, you can use it forever or dip in and out as life demands.
