Tape compatibility: fits rolls up to 0.7" (18mm) wide with a 1" core. Does not fit standard wide Scotch rolls (3/4" or 3" core) or wide/large-core washi tape.

This is a great tape dispenser. Heavy. Stayed where I put it. One problem. It doesn’t take a standard tape refill. I used the tape roll that was in it and I can’t find a replacement.
Loved the concept but can’t use.
Bought 2 different scotch tapes that didn’t fit.
Standard 3/4“ is too wide.
The skinnier 1/2“ tape is also too large (in diameter) to fit in.

Returned. Cool idea, was excited to receive it but a total downer as it only fits specialty tapes and not the standard small tapes that you might get in bulk from 3M, etc. Fair warning should be added.
