Tampico Hand Brushes
Rooted in Appalachian weaving tradition, maker Cynthia Main shapes tampico fiber — sourced from a sustainable wildcrafting collective — into a brush that earns its place on a desk as readily as a workbench. Soft enough for a delicate sweep, durable enough to outlast anything synthetic. The bristles on the black brush are naturally dyed; the cotton cord binding each brush together is naturally dyed in Yellow Springs, Ohio.
Natural brushes have a checked hemp cord handle. The black, a leather one. Both quietly considered. Both built to last.
