Plus Floating Shelf
The Plus Floating Shelf leads with its bracket — a plus-shaped wall mount in four powder-coated finishes that gives a single shelf real presence. Sized to sit beside a bed, a reading chair, or an entryway console, it’s milled from 1-1/4" thick solid maple or rift-sawn white oak: substantial enough to hold weight, refined enough to read as a considered object.
The bracket is also available separately for anyone using their own shelf material — wood, stone, or otherwise. Installation requires only basic tools.

Designed by Brooklyn-based Steven Gertner, who brings his grandparents’ hardware shop background together with training from Harvard’s Graduate School of Design. "The Plus pieces are not engineered to disappear into anonymous bits of hardware," Gertner says. "They are designed to have their own presence, point of view, and, hopefully, beauty."
