Gala Tray

$160.00

The Gala Tray draws inspiration from the art of basket-weaving, the tradition of orchard picking in the Northeast, and apple pies. Serving as a versatile catch-all, it holds your desk accessories, favorite jewelry, and everyday essentials.

Virginia Sin, the artist behind these creations, works from her studio in the Brooklyn Navy Yard. As a woman of AAPI heritage, Sin infuses each handmade piece with a sense of purpose and grace.

Sin is guided by a vision of creating "Things you can nest with. Things made slow. With two bare hands. Things worth sharing. Or hoarding. Things that help you find home, wherever you are." This ethos permeates every aspect of her work, from conception to execution. See our collection of her work here

These carefully chosen and crafted pieces represent a considered mix of the esoteric and the highly pragmatic. Many of these simple things reflect the hand of the artisan or the quiet genius of the inventor. They are useful in ways that are difficult to quantify but, if pressed, we would say they make life a little more efficient and a lot more beautiful.

We would be great together -
