Habit Tracker Notepad: Monthly
A month is long enough to test a habit and short enough to forgive the ones that don't stick — and this monthly habit tracker notepad gives ten of them a shot at once. Appointed built it around a simple premise: track everything worth watching this month, side by side, on ten rows down the left of every page — water intake, sleep, a stalled project, gratitude, whatever's in play. Weekly lines inside the grid make that visible at a glance: which ones held, which slipped, which are worth carrying into next month.
There's a small satisfaction in tearing a finished month away and starting the next one flat and empty — no carried-over guilt, no scrolling back through weeks of half-finished columns. The paper is smooth, with enough weight to feel substantial without turning bulky. Thirty-six tear-off sheets, ten habits tracked per page, three years of months, one goals-and-notes section on every page.
