Vintage Bus Signage Journal
A typographic artifact reimagined. These journals transform authentic 1960s bus destination blinds into companions for ideas and observations. The stark letterforms—once guiding urban journeys—now frame your ideas with historical resonance.
The graphic power lies in utilitarian origins: screen-printed linen from transportation displays creating a visual language of abbreviated destinations. Each cover presents a unique fragment of this vanished system, its minimalist black and white palette offering both contrast and restraint.
Inside, thoughtfully composed pages accommodate various expressions while kraft pockets house collected ephemera. This is sustainable design in its most authentic form—rescuing meters of historical fabric from obsolescence and transforming it into objects of continued utility and aesthetic value.
